We practice "L'art de la crepe". Ze Crepes uses one of the many ancestral recipe variations from France. This airy batter is made fresh every day obtaining a fluffy and and buttery crepe and slightly crispy exterior. It is then served with a series of fillings inspired from different culinary gems from around the globe.

 

We use the best ingredients sourced responsibly from local farmers and vendors in order to obtain the highest quality and best representation of the flavors. This is where we become THE one and only or "THE" Crepes or as French would pronounce... "ZE" Crepes.
